Admission Procedure
1. The child must be 3+ for admission to Nursery as on 31" March of the session Age for other classes may be calculated accordingly
2. The school reserves the right to admit a child in correct class after assessing the child
3. This form does not in any way entitles the candidate for admission.
4. The following documents are to be attached with the form at the time of admission.
a. Attested copy of Birth Certificate
b. 2 passport size photographs
c. Residence proof
d. Aadhar card
1. Students must come in proper school uniform with I-card.
2. Student must reach the school at least five minutes before the time for assembly, i.e. 7:50 a.m.
3. Please check the diary regularly and note the teacher's remarks.
4. In case of long leave except on ground of illness, the guardian of the student himself should get the leave sanctioned by the principal beforehand. If sick leave for more than one week is required, the application should be supported with a Medical Certificate.
5. Misbehaviour of parents with a member of the staff entitles school to expel/ take action.
6. Parents are expected to co-operate in the working of the school, enforcing regularity and discipline and taking general interest in their children's progress.
Parents Teacher Day
Every third Saturday is Parent Teacher meeting in the school premises between 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. All parents are welcome to meet the class teacher to discuss their ward's progress. Parents are not allowed to meet the teacher on any other day as it disturbs the functioning of the school.
Rules Regarding Payment of School Dues
1. The school issues a booklet which contains fee slips for each month, the parents are to bring the booklet at the time of payment.
2. Fee must be paid till 10 of every month, after this fee can be deposited between 11" and 15 of the month with a fine of Rs. 50/-.
3. Fee/ charges once deposited in any form, i.e. Monthly, Annual or Admission will not be refunded in any case (after 15 days).
4. Annual charges will be charged twice every year in the month of April and July.
Withdrawals
*No student may be withdrawn unless one month's notice is given in writing.
